Monsef Holdings Pty Ltd is the private holding company of Darius A Monsef IV, in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This page covers monsef.com: what we keep when you book a call or write to us, and who else sees it.

Products we own have their own privacy policies, which cover what each one collects:

Booking a call

The schedule pages use Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com takes your name, your email address, the time you picked and anything you write in the booking form, and puts the call on our calendar. We use these details to hold the call and follow up on it. Cal.com’s own privacy policy covers what Cal.com does with them.

Writing to us

If you email darius@monsef.com, we keep your message and your address so we can reply and keep a record. Google Workspace hosts our email.

When you read the site

Our host, Vercel, receives your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for when it serves the site, and may keep logs to run and protect it.

We don’t add analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels, and monsef.com sets no cookies of its own. When you open a booking page, your browser loads Cal.com’s scheduler, which sees your IP address and browser and may set its own cookies. A few pages load fonts from Google, which sees your IP address and browser too.

Payments to our products

OzBrain and The Mālama Collection take payments through Stripe, for Monsef Holdings. A charge from OzBrain shows MONSEF HOLDINGS on your card statement, and a charge from The Mālama Collection shows MONSEF HOLDING* MALAMA. Each product’s privacy policy says what it keeps about your payment.

If a charge from us looks wrong, email darius@monsef.com and we’ll sort it out.

Who else sees it

We share your details only with the services that run the site for us, and only what each one needs:

  • Cal.com, for bookings
  • Google, which hosts our email and serves some fonts
  • Vercel, which hosts the site

We don’t sell or rent your details, and we don’t share them for advertising. We would disclose them if the law required us to.

These services may store or handle data outside Australia, including in the United States. We are based in Australia.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and booking details while we need them for the conversation they belong to, or as a business record. The law makes us keep some financial records for seven years, but not every email or booking. Ask us to delete your details and we’ll tell you what we can delete and what we have to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain about how we handled it. Email darius@monsef.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are. We’ll answer within 30 days.

We take reasonable steps to keep your details safe, and limit who can see them to the people and services that need them.

Changes

When we change what we keep or who sees it, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
