Using the site
monsef.com tells you about us and what we’re building. Nothing on it is an offer of investment, financial advice, or a promise that a venture will launch or succeed. The ventures we list have their own sites, and their own terms apply there.
Booking a call
Booking a call doesn’t commit either of us to working together. To move or cancel it, use the link in your confirmation email.
Charges from our products
A charge from OzBrain shows MONSEF HOLDINGS on your card statement, and a charge from The Mālama Collection shows MONSEF HOLDING* MALAMA. Both are from Monsef Holdings, and the terms of the product you bought apply. If a charge from us looks wrong, email darius@monsef.com.
Other sites
We link to our products and to other sites, including LinkedIn and Cal.com. Each site has its own terms and privacy policy. For anything you buy from OzBrain or The Mālama Collection, the product terms linked above apply.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate, but it is information, and we don’t promise it is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for loss from relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits a right, remedy or responsibility the law says can’t be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
Law
The laws of Victoria, Australia govern these terms. The courts of Victoria can hear any dispute, and so can any other court with the power to. This doesn’t take away any protection the law where you are gives you.
